Provided strategic direction and leadership over Corporate IT and Site Operations for eMind’s distance learning, management, and reporting platform. Established and enforced policy, procedure, and standards for Quality Engineering, Build & Release Management, and Site Operations. Instituted a gatekeeper facility - a two-way conduit between Site Operations and Customer Support, with escalation into QA and engineering. Measurably increased overall product quality, system predictability, supportability, reliability, accountability, and reduced time-to-resolution.
